Open the Registry Editor
Press Windows + R to type and run “regedit”, open the Registry Editor.

In the address bar, enter the path below
Computer\HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Dwm

On the shortcut menu, Click New, DWORD(32-bit) Value.

Name it ForceEffectMode.
